1. Website information
Website content is provided for general information about tailoring, garment design, alterations, consultations and related services. Images, colours and product examples are illustrative and may appear differently depending on displays, fabrics, availability, lighting and individual fit. We may update descriptions, pricing, availability and website content without notice.
2. Enquiries, quotes and orders
Submitting a website form or requesting a consultation does not by itself create a binding order. A service becomes confirmed when we accept the request in the manner communicated to you and any required deposit or payment has been received. Quotes may be subject to expiry dates, fabric availability, measurement confirmation, design complexity and scheduling.
3. Bespoke and personalised garments
Made-to-measure and bespoke garments are prepared using measurements, preferences and specifications agreed during the consultation process. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and attending agreed fittings where reasonably necessary. Reasonable differences in handmade finishing, fabric texture, pattern placement or colour may occur and are not necessarily defects.
4. Alterations and fittings
Alteration outcomes depend on the garment construction, available seam allowance, fabric condition and requested change. We may decline work that cannot reasonably be completed without damaging the garment or where the requested result is technically impractical. Fitting schedules and estimated completion dates are indicative unless expressly agreed otherwise.
5. Prices and payments
Prices shown on the website are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may vary according to fabric, design, labour, fittings, alterations and delivery requirements. Applicable taxes and charges will be identified as required. Payment schedules, deposits and accepted methods will be communicated before a confirmed order.
6. Cancellations and changes
Because bespoke work may involve fabric purchasing, pattern development and labour specifically allocated to a customer, cancellation or change requests may be subject to reasonable costs already incurred. We will explain any applicable charges when a change or cancellation is requested. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with consumer guarantees and other rights that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified. Where a product or service has a problem, remedies may depend on the nature and seriousness of the issue and applicable law.

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
